If it is be sure that the lenses are mounted five to six inches from the floor on either side of the garage door opening. If you have push in connectors remove the wires they may be color coded keep track of which is which and briefly connect a wire to the two terminals. The solutions first check your fuses gfci or breaker to see if any of them have tripped broken or burnt out.

The likely culprit is an obstruction in the path of the garage door. Check the console lock switch. If just the red source led is out unplug the mechanism check the wiring and plug it back in. Check if the safe t beams red led light is flashing.

See safe t beam diagnostic light guide check garage door for binding. Disconnect the wires from the button and touch the bare ends together. For some units lockout mode produces a flashing button. If one or both of the lights are off check the fuses breakers and plugs for problems.

With sears or liftmaster chamberlain it is near or part of the terminal screw board. If both the red source and green sensor lights are on and not blinking then the door mechanism is working properly.
