In the morning i have to click the remote 10 or more times to open the garage door and when i come home it works from three houses away.

The fact that it s not just not working but instead only works at uselessly short distance has me confounded. The push button opener mechanism is fine and operates manually as always but not being able to trigger it from outside the closed garage door is obviously a pain in the ass.
